Standard Terms and Conditions of Business (Scotland)
All commercial photographic work is undertaken following standard terms and conditions of business as per the document below. It will be assumed, unless otherwise confirmed in writing and agreed by both the photographer and client, that any work will be undertaken according to these terms and conditions.
